Jackie brings over 25 years business and leadership experience across multiple sectors, geographies and scale of business. Prior to setting up BYC, Jackie was the executive operations director for TeleTech Europe, one of the global leaders in outsourced contact centre services, where she served for a decade, overseeing 12,000 resources in various locations.
Jackie has recently received the Cape Chamber of Commerce, 2018 International Woman's Entrepreneurial Challenge - known as the IWEC award.
